Quality Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100 and AS13100)
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits to ensure quality processes are in place
  • Collaborate with customers and third-party suppliers to resolve quality issues
  • Lead a small team of engineers to ensure quality objectives are met
  • Report on quality key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager or Lead role, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards, including AS9100 and AS13100
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
