The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our fundraising team. As a face-to-face fundraiser, you will be responsible for engaging with employees at some of the UK's biggest and most important companies, helping them raise money for charities across the UK and increasing their CSR impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to promote Payroll Giving and increase charitable donations.
- Work collaboratively with the fundraising team to achieve targets and goals.
- Share inspiring stories and case studies of StC Charity clients to motivate and engage employees.
- Set up and manage fundraising stands and environments in private site venues.
- Represent StC Payroll Giving with professionalism and respect, adhering to our code of conduct and data security rules.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with confidence in speaking to people.
- A fundraising, marketing, or sales background, with initiative, enthusiasm, and passion for fundraising (at least 6 months experience).
- Confidence, articulacy, and a knack for communication, with the ability to empathise with supporters.
- A full UK Driving Licence, own car, and flexibility to work varied hours.
