About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate to join our Project Controls and Planning team. As a Graduate, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful projects and working closely with experienced professionals to plan, schedule, and identify key risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and controlling the delivery of projects, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
  • Work closely with project managers to identify and manage risks, issues, and trends that could impact project success.
  • Gain experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from small to medium complexity.
  • Develop your planning skills and support the delivery of projects with values up to £20m.
  • Collaborate with various team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Take initiative and work independently, with guidance from senior project controllers.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant technical, scientific, data, or engineering field.
  • Motivation and enthusiasm, with the potential to develop strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • A proactive attitude with the ambition and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work across different teams and adapt to various working environments.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility with working hours when needed.
  • Full Driving Licence required.
