Central Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Outreach Support Workers. As an Outreach Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying support needs to maintain their independence.

About the Role:
  • This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will work closely with customers to identify their support needs and develop individualised plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • As part of our team, you will participate in all parts of the service, from initial referral to completing risk & needs assessments and crisis support.

We are looking for experienced professionals who can demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity and genuinely desire to help people connect with their community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-tenancy guidance and ongoing support to customers on all tenancy matters.
  • Enable customers to abide by their tenancy agreements, giving advice and assistance on dealing with police and courts where this relates to housing matters.
  • Review the level of support required for customers in consultation with other agencies.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
