Role Overview:
We are recruiting for a Compulsory Purchase Expert to join our team at TH Recruit. As a key member of our Utilities, Diversions and Compensation team, you will be responsible for advising landowners, promoters and developers on statutory body assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on preparation of notices and compensation claims
- Negotiating claims and agreements with Statutory Bodies
- Producing valuations and reports
- Preparing development appraisals and undertaking valuations in connection with claims against Statutory Bodies
Requirements:
Ideally, you will be RICS qualified with demonstrable experience in a similar role. Estimated salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum.
