About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and training to help them grow and succeed.
  • Manage the store's daily operations, including stock management, cash handling, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Work closely with your store manager to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and the local community, promoting a positive and inclusive store culture.
