**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Providing skilled nursing care, prioritising resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conducting thorough assessments, monitoring resident progress, and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Ensuring accurate documentation, managing medication administration, and adhering to NMC guidelines.
- Maintaining open communication with residents, families, and colleagues, resolving conflicts effectively.
This fulfilling role offers a competitive salary of £24.15 per hour, 41 hours per week, along with benefits including annual leave, NMC revalidation cost coverage, bespoke training programmes, and employee assistance programme. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience as an RMN/RGN, with excellent clinical skills, empathy, and effective communication abilities.
