About the Role: Care Assistant Healthcare Professional

**Job Description:** We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our locum team in Norwich. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, working collaborately with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**
* Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
* Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and interventions
* Participate in handovers and multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among healthcare teams

**Requirements:**
* Valid Care Certificate
* Minimum of 6 months UK NHS experience
* Excellent medical knowledge and confident clinical skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues
