About the Role

G2 Legal is seeking a senior governance professional to lead our interim company secretary function.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our boards and committees, providing expert guidance and support to drive effective decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level governance support to our boards and committees.
  • Ensure seamless execution of meetings and governance processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of board and committee meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, including travel and accommodation.
  • Prepare and file documents with regulatory authorities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in governance roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK corporate governance regulations.
Estimated Salary Range

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
