Job Title: Direct Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Direct Marketing Executive to join our team at Morgan Law. As a key member of our Supporter Development department, you will be responsible for delivering a range of projects designed to generate income and steward supporters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage complex direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail and email, to engage and retain supporters.
  • Work closely with Senior Product Managers to develop long-term strategies and targets for Supporter Development programmes.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Supporter Development Manager and other stakeholder teams to understand and plan activity in an integrated and supporter-centric way.
  • Implement supporter development strategies, including welcome communications, upgrade, reactivation, and stewardship-based initiatives, to maximize retention.
  • Develop and implement conversion strategies to existing supporters.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of supporter development activity, from briefing through development to analysis and review, ensuring a positive supporter journey throughout.
  • Oversee all copy and images used in creative, ensuring that communications reflect the charity's key strategies, messaging, and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor the charity marketplace for developments and new initiatives to make recommendations for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in planning and managing complex direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail and email.
  • Charity experience, preferably in direct marketing and fundraising.
  • Project management and good organisational skills.
  • Ideal line management experience.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £41,172 to £42,192 pro rata, inclusive of London Supplement.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days on site and 3 days working from home.
  • 5 days a week, 37.5 hours.
  • Central London location.
