Working closely with the local NHS trust, this is an exceptional opportunity for experienced dialysis nurses looking for a leadership role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Full operational and clinical management of the clinic, maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and preparing the clinic for audits.
  • Implementing continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels.
  • Effective financial management, including budget planning and cost control.
  • Supervising, training, and supporting staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.

Requirements:

  • Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
