Job Title: Culinary Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients and customers. Your passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure consistency and quality
- Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes as needed
- Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
- Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
- Represent Compass Group UK and maintain a positive brand image
- Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
- Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
- Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:
- Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Experience supervising a team
- Experience in a similar Chef role
- Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
- Flexible approach to working
