Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Infrastructure/Municipal Engineering Graduate to join our team in the London, Ontario office. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including sewer and watermain design, potable water pumping and transmission systems, and sanitary drainage and pumping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of infrastructure projects to customers in the municipal linear infrastructure sectors, including water, wastewater, and stormwater.
  • Prepare documentation related to current or prospective projects, including correspondence, reports, proposals, expressions of interest, and construction specifications and cost estimates.
  • Support Contract Administration duties, including contractor interaction, progress payment certificates, and convening progress site meetings.
  • Communicate and work with other project team members to provide quality service to clients on projects of varying scope and complexity.
  • Respond to contractor and public inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or other related field.
  • Design experience in surface grading, water and sewer pipe networks, and detail design.
  • Experience in or understanding of transportation design/reconstruction projects.
  • Experience in land development or site plan preparation, studies, and detailed design is a benefit.
  • Familiarity with software for modelling water transmission/distribution systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
