About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner to join our close-knit team at Tredegar Health Centre. As a Salaried GP, you will work autonomously, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our surgery.
Main Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing clinical examinations to assess, diagnose, and monitor patient conditions
- Carrying out patient consultations at home and within the surgery
- Monitoring patients' conditions and wellbeing
- Carrying out home visits where necessary
- Diagnosing and treating various illnesses and ailments
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals as part of multidisciplinary teams
