Production Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team at Avid Personnel Limited. As a key member of our Production & Supply Chain Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of seamless production planning to our Production, Warehouse, and Logistics Teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent MRP skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills. You will be responsible for analyzing component levels, following up with supply chain, and recommending corrective actions daily. You will also maintain daily production schedules, communicate with various teams, and ensure timely execution of all MRP transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze component levels and recommend corrective actions daily
  • Maintain daily production schedules and communicate with various teams
  • Ensure timely execution of all MRP transactions
  • Work with Production to re-sequence/reschedule goods that cannot be manufactured as originally planned
  • Post completed production orders and problem solve where issues arise
  • Attend the daily production meeting
Requirements
  • Confident production administrator with excellent MRP skills
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to meet targets and remain calm under pressure
