About the Role

This position presents an opportunity to join the Consumer Lending Chief Controls Office within the Framework & Data Insights – RCSA Performance team, focusing on how Consumer Lending as a business runs its non-financial control environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support Transformation Efforts: Assist in transforming Event and Operational Loss management processes, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  2. Develop Insights: Create and promote real-time, data-driven insights on RCSA Performance for all Consumer Lending products.
  3. Produce Reports: Generate data-driven reports for Consumer Lending Controls Oversight meetings, highlighting continuous risk management performance and exceptions.
Required Skills:
  • Good understanding of RCSA Handbook and Operational Risk Management Events.
  • Analytical skills and experience with RCSA, including data structure and extraction.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
