Production Operative Job Description

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring high-quality products and efficient processes.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks, with the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet production demands.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
