We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Bull Street, Birmingham.

About the Role:

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our brand standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience.
  • Support the development of other team members through training and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
