**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Front of House/CSA to join our busy accident repair centre. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle repairs
* Scan documents and book parts as required
* Work effectively within a team environment to achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

* Experience of working in a modern accident repair centre/Bodyshop is desirable
* Excellent customer service and organisation skills
* Good IT skills
* Experience of cash credit control
* Excellent administrative skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
