Job Summary

DEED Leisure and Culture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trampoline Coach to lead the delivery of a recreational Trampoline program within the Dick McTaggart Regional Gymnastics Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Trampoline program for individuals and groups, adhering to Scottish Governing Body guidelines and coach-to-participant ratios.
  • Lead a team of coaches in delivering high-quality Trampoline sessions, promoting a safe and inclusive environment for participants.
  • Collaborate with the Leisure and Sport section to develop and deliver Trampoline programs that meet the needs of the community.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to coaches and participants, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of Trampoline programs and services, ensuring alignment with DEED Leisure and Culture's strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • UKCC Level 2 Trampolining certification from Scottish Gymnastics.
  • Relevant coaching experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality Trampoline programs.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and adults from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
