Overview


ProfDoc, a leading healthcare provider, seeks an experienced pharmacist to lead our clinical team in the largest Primary Care Network in East Suffolk. This is a unique opportunity to work with 10 practices serving 100,000 patients and make a significant impact on patient care.



Salary & Benefits


The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role


As Clinical Lead for Primary Care Network, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient consultations, advising on medicine management and optimisation. Your primary goal will be to ensure that patients receive the best possible care, working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to achieve this.



Your Responsibilities



  1. Deliver high-quality patient consultations that meet the needs of diverse patient groups;
  2. Collaborate with GPs and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans;
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medicines management and optimisation strategies;


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in Pharmacy or a related field;
  • Significant experience in pharmacy practice, preferably in a Primary Care setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
