About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Marylebone, London. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall management of residential refurbishment projects across London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of residential projects, each varying in scope and scale
  • Work alongside an established team, including a Project Manager, Site Manager, and Quantity Surveyor
  • Develop expertise in JCT D&B projects and take a significant step towards a full Project Manager role
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our client, a well-established construction main contractor
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with solid construction industry experience, particularly in roles related to site management within reputable main contractors. Key attributes include:

  • Strong team management skills
  • Ability to assess and manage risk
  • Excellent communication with clients
  • Proactive, hands-on approach and collaborative mindset
What We Offer
