About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Advisory Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our ESG team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering our work across various service areas, including ESG strategy and materiality, reporting and disclosure, and social and community impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver ESG strategies and solutions for clients, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse data and make informed decisions about content and presentation.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for clients.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with clients.
Business Development and Thought Leadership
  • Develop and pitch new business proposals, working closely with senior team members.
  • Contribute to SLR's thought leadership through research, article writing, and blog posts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ESG landscape, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
About You

We are looking for an early-career ESG professional with a strong passion for sustainability and a desire to grow professionally. You will have a proven track record in ESG, sustainability, business, or consulting, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Desirable skills include experience with ESG materiality assessments, social impact assessments, and supporting company responses to external ESG indices and frameworks.
