Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading food manufacturing company in Lancashire. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of production equipment and facilities.
  • Modify and update the PPM system to ensure engineering information is up to date and accurate.
  • Provide proactive service and support to production and factory services.
  • Identify spares requirements and maintain stock levels.
  • Maintain records for historical purposes of repairs.
Requirements:
  • Engineering apprenticeship or academic and practical qualifications.
  • ONC / HNC or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering.
  • Experience within maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
  • High levels of literacy and numeracy.
