Job Title: Residential Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Group Limited.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with our Property Manager in providing comprehensive block management services for a diverse portfolio of properties. As part of our Residential Property Management team, you will oversee large and complex residential developments on behalf of Institutional Investors, Developers, and Residents' Management Companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in ensuring annual Service Charge accounts are created, approved by clients, and issued to leaseholders. Additionally, they will monitor payment of contractors and process invoices promptly, respond to leaseholder/resident inquiries, instruct contractors for repair works, and verify contractor work completed to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in preparing and issuing annual Service Charge accounts to leaseholders.
  • Monitor and manage payments from contractors and ensure timely processing of invoices.
  • Respond to inquiries from leaseholders and residents via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Instruct contractors for repair works and verify completion to specifications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Property/block management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
