Role: SEN Science Teacher

We are seeking an experienced SEN Science Teacher to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs, particularly those with high-functioning autism, anxiety, and emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching science up to GCSE Level and other Level 2 qualifications. They will be able to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Teach science to students with special educational needs
* Develop and implement inclusive lesson plans
* Provide support and guidance to students with high-functioning autism, anxiety, and EBSA
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

* QTS or equivalent qualification
* Proven teaching experience
* Basic understanding of autism
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
