About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Supplier Development Engineer to join our team at Aggreko. As a key member of our supply chain team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the effective onboarding of suppliers and products, as well as managing supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to supplier audits and participate in information reviews as part of a team that manages risks related to supplier onboarding.
  • Assess and report the ongoing performance of suppliers, and develop and improve supplier performance to assure a strong level of performance and compliance.
  • Analyse supplier-related performance data to understand risks in the supply chain, and coordinate improvement activities to reduce supply chain risks.
Requirements
  • You'll need to demonstrate your experience working in supplier development and supplier auditing in a technical/engineering environment.
  • A full, clean, and valid driving license is required to travel to supplier sites as and when needed.
