About the Job

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Ward Manager to oversee our client's 12-bed male acute unit at a well-established mental health hospital. This facility offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient specialist mental health services for adults within a secure and supportive setting.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the daily operations of the unit, providing clinical leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team. They will oversee and implement individualized patient care plans with a focus on recovery, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care, and drive continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

In addition, the successful candidate will mentor and support staff, fostering their professional development, and contribute to maintaining excellence in patient safety, care, and staff development.
