About The Role

A seasoned Property Management professional is sought to oversee the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

The ideal candidate will require regular and direct communication with institutional fund management clients and the supervision of a number of other property managers, graduates, and on-site staff.

You will work closely with the Property Accounts team to ensure that all financial information is reported accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the provision of common services to properties and tenants
  2. Work with landlords and tenants on all other matters relating to the clients' property portfolio
  3. Conduct or arrange property inspections
  4. Assist clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties
  5. Deal with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet, and alter

A proactive, practical, and positive approach to work is required.

As a Senior Property Management Specialist, you will need to help support the early careers of our Graduates and Apprentices working towards their professional qualification.
