About the Role

Tesco aims to serve every customer's favourite way to shop, whether at home or on the move. This position is key to achieving that goal in the South Lake District.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Recruit and train top talent for your team, ensuring they have the skills to deliver exceptional results in their roles.
  2. Coach your team to provide customers with the right products, quality, and service, building a strong brand and driving repeat business.
  3. Lead your team in driving sales growth and maximising profit, leveraging your expertise and knowledge.
  4. Develop and implement Store Change Plans, ensuring hours are worked efficiently and effectively, and identifying and resolving root cause issues.
  5. Ensure colleague safety is the top priority and maintain a secure working environment by coaching the team to use available security tools.
