Job Title: Fabric and Plumbing Maintenance Technician

This role involves regular maintenance duties across multiple sites, focusing on high-quality fabric and plumbing repairs.



Key Responsibilities


  • Maintenance & Repairs: Execute a wide range of tasks, including fabric and plumbing repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks.
  • Supplies Management: Maintain the company vehicle stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
  • Service Support: Respond to service and maintenance requests through the helpdesk and adhere to the company call-out rota.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Use the in-house electronic system to complete and submit all job-related paperwork and expenses.
  • Stock Control: Maintain appropriate stock levels for project continuity and ensure receipt documentation for all requisitioned materials.
  • Vehicle Care: Drive responsibly, keep the vehicle clean, schedule regular maintenance, and report any incidents immediately.
  • Training & Compliance: Attend training courses as needed to meet statutory requirements and keep up with industry best practices.


Requirements

The successful candidate must adhere to all company and client Health & Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.



Additional Information

This role requires significant travel, with an estimated annual mileage of approximately 30,000 miles. Occasional overnight stays may be required to meet project demands.
