About the Role

We are seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to join our vibrant team at Harrison Clark Rickerbys as a Senior Associate / Legal Director or Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, technology, and intellectual property, with a passion for protecting clients' rights.

The Role

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will be at the forefront of advising clients on commercial transactions, technology innovations, intellectual property rights, and data protection. You will have the chance to make a significant impact and collaborate closely with our Head of Team and other Partners, ensuring a supportive and enriching work environment.

About You

  • You will have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law, with a strong understanding of technology and intellectual property.
  • You will be confident in handling independent matters and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be a relationship builder, eager to forge new connections and go the extra mile for our clients.
