Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to provide business support to the CEO, business managers, and internal departments. You will develop, implement, and maintain robust information management systems within the Trust, co-ordinate and support business meetings, and contribute to the development and management of the Trust Business Assurance Framework.


Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a Business Support Assistant, Governance or Administration professional
  • Collating data, research, and presenting written reports
  • Preparing and presenting documents, reports, and procedures suitable for Board/Trustee level
  • Implementing and developing procedures and processes
  • Developing and monitoring service KPIs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent organisational skills and polite telephone manner
  • Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload

Requirements

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. A competitive salary of £28,500 - £31,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role.
