About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter Specialist to join our team at Brandt's London Construction & Forestry location. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization and contribute to the success of our preventive maintenance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for commercial heavy equipment at customer sites. Your primary duties will include performing all levels of PM services on a scheduled basis, identifying and reporting additional items that require follow-up service work by a heavy-duty technician, and ensuring accurate capture and reporting of PM service checklist information.

This role requires strong communication skills, motivation, and a willingness to work after-hours or participate in shift-work as required to support customer needs. A recent driver's abstract is mandatory, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is essential.

The ideal candidate must have experience operating, servicing, and/or maintaining agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment, preferably to a second- or third-year apprentice level. Proven experience contributing to a service-oriented environment is highly valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert-level technical support for commercial heavy equipment

Requirements:
  • Experience operating, servicing, and/or maintaining heavy equipment

Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
