About the Role
  • You will provide technical support to customers throughout the UK, ensuring the effective transition of customers from point of sale to service provision.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating spare and replacement parts through the machinery department.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the installation and commissioning of new machinery in accordance with current EU and UK legislation.
  • Demonstrate machinery functionality and instruct designated operators on proper use and safe operation, complete a formal handover, and obtain customer sign-off.
Requirements
  • An industry recognised qualification and certificated NICEIC approved individual is essential for this role.
  • Candidates should possess a basic understanding and competent working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
