About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at Fawkes & Reece South in Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on various projects, ensuring timely and accurate management of sub-contract packages from procurement to final account.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee sub-contract packages, ensuring compliance with JCT forms of contract.
  2. Participate in pre-construction activities, contributing to the success of our projects.
  3. Bring a proven track record of working at Assistant / Quantity Surveyor level within a main contractor.
  4. Demonstrate a good working knowledge of JCT forms of contract, with NEC experience being a desirable asset.
