Autism Care Specialist

Scottish Autism is seeking creative individuals to join our dedicated team at Clannalba, near Biggar, supporting nine autistic adults in a vibrant, scenic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalised support plans to promote independence, community involvement, and personal development.
- Build positive relationships with autistic individuals, families, and health professionals to ensure collaborative support.
- Encourage and facilitate community involvement, social skills development, and personal growth.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality support and achieve positive outcomes.
- Shift work, including weekends and evenings, is required to meet the needs of our service users.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.01 - £13.76, with opportunities for career progression.
