IT Support Engineer / First Line and Second Line Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer / First Line and Second Line Help Desk Analyst to join our busy service desk in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. As an IT Support Engineer / First Line and Second Line Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, technical troubleshooting, and software and hardware support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line and second-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software and hardware
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support
Requirements:
  • High level of computer literacy
  • MS-Windows Operating Systems
  • Linux Operating Systems
  • Understanding of networking and TCP/IP
  • Exposure to Financial/Accounting Systems
