Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Director to lead our strategic operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a real impact.



Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement divisional strategies aligned to the group strategy
  • Evaluate divisional performance and recommend new strategies for improvement
  • Manage all business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, ISO requirements, company policies and procedures
  • Assist with recruitment, performance evaluation and improvement, retention, and employee relations activities
  • Identify skill gaps and provide training provisions in line with functional leads
  • Develop and implement best practices to ensure operational efficiency
  • Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality
  • Maintain close customer focus including driving NPS and helping win business
  • Develop bids, proposals including commercial and contract terms and conditions
  • Bring and apply understanding of the sector in which we operate, including technology and competitor analysis


Requirements

This role requires a strong background in the technology industry working with communications, including mobile, UC, telephony, and connectivity. You should have substantial experience in a MD or General Management role and leadership of a senior management team.


A strong candidate will also have experience in managing a budget and making key decisions to drive business growth.



What We Offer

As a Senior Communications Director at Intercity Technology, you can expect a competitive salary of £80,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer 28 days holiday, plus a day off for your birthday (plus the 8 public bank holidays), annual pay reviews, holiday buy scheme, all-company bonus scheme, employee assistance programme, and company pension.
