Job Opportunity: Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic leader to helm our retail operations at Listers in Northampton. The ideal candidate will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with one day off during the week, and alternate weekends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team of specialists, guiding them to achieve targets and boost business success.
  • Closely monitor departmental budgets, implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and services, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to drive loyalty and revenue expansion.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £62,000 OTE (On Target Earnings), along with the use of a company car and other attractive benefits.
