Job Description:

The Network Infrastructure Technician will be responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining IT hardware and software, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printer/copiers. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong knowledge of network infrastructure, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Configure, install, and maintain IT hardware and software, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printer/copiers.
  2. Support Meeting Room Tablet, Projector, Telephone, Cabling, and Audio Video (AV) System.
  3. Record events, problems, and resolutions in the Client ticketing system.
  4. Coordinate with the Client IT Department to plan and implement software upgrades, OS installations, or hardware tech refresh on PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
  5. Manage the helpdesk on a day-to-day basis, dealing with cases from inception to completion.
  6. Monitor and update the Client IT Asset Management System.
  7. Attend to Client end-users within Client premises.
  8. Requirements:
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical and logical thinking skills

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 52,000 - 62,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.
