Job Title: Financial Director
KCR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to lead our finance team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective financial management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, providing insightful recommendations to the senior management team.
- Oversee the reconciliation of all bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
- Maintain and monitor the fixed asset register, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage the payroll process in collaboration with the payroll bureau.
- Reconcile control accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Lead, mentor and supervise a small accounts team.
- Primary contact for the bank, insurance brokers, payroll bureau and HMRC.
