About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Information Manager to join our team and help us develop and implement digital information management processes and practices that support our business unit approach.

As an Information Manager, you will facilitate the adoption of lean and innovative digital ways of working, removing duplication and wasteful processes in project delivery. You will work collaboratively with our Quality team to establish requirements and assurance for information delivery and coordination across projects.

You will also support the requirements and governance of our Common Data Environment (CDE) and enable project delivery teams, including the supply chain, to work in a coordinated way aligned with CDE requirements and ISO 19650.

Key Responsibilities

  • CAD administration and a proficient understanding of designated workflows on infrastructure or civil engineering projects, particularly Network Rail and TFL.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK BIM Framework in accordance with ISO 19650 (previously BIM Level 2) requirements.
  • Recent BIM experience and a BIM advisory role.
  • Knowledge of data validation and spatial coordination is preferred.
  • ISO 19650 accreditation is preferred.
  • Production experience in design and/or drafting on infrastructure or civil engineering projects, particularly Network Rail and TFL, is preferred.
  • Understanding of quality management systems and knowledge of digital handover processes.
  • Working knowledge of BS/PAS 1192/ISO 19650.
  • Additional requirements include experience with Common Data Environments like ProjectWise, Viewpoint for Projects, and other CAD or BIM software.
