Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to lead our host team as a Head Host. This leadership role is responsible for managing reservations, maximizing restaurant occupancy, seating guests efficiently, and handling any inquiries or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the host team, setting an example with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Engage with guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maximize restaurant occupancy through effective reservation management and seating.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized host area, ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, multi-floored restaurant.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience with Seven Rooms or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
