We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Painter to join our team at a company based in Blackwood. As an Aircraft Painter, you will be responsible for applying primer, top coat paint, and sprayed applied coatings to aircraft parts.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Mixing sealants, filler materials, and paint to achieve the desired consistency.
- Applying protective coatings to aircraft parts to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Performing straight masking operations to prepare surfaces for painting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an aircraft manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to read manufacturer's specifications and part specific planning.
- Ability to document work performed on orders.
Estimated Salary: £26,775 per annum + £80 per week shift allowance when required.
