Job Summary:

Trial Balance Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the charity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with month and year-end preparations, including financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Monitor and manage aged debtor reports to ensure timely payment
  • Provide support with payroll administration using automated systems
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 6-12+ months of recent experience in a similar role, preferably in a charity accounting environment
