We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, guidance, and advice to junior nurses and healthcare assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and seamless information exchange.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols, ensuring alignment with Trust standards and best practices.
- Ensure accurate and legible patient records are maintained, adhering to professional and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with consultants, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively across departments to meet service needs and ensure high standards of patient care.
