About the Role:
The School Renovation Company Ltd is seeking a skilled Sales Estimator to join our team. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging, educational, and exceptional spaces and inclusive environments for schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle and CRM system to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Initiate cost reductions without compromising design quality or the client's experience.
- Conduct site surveys to gather accurate data and information for estimation purposes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Utilize strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create detailed estimates and presentations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction or commercial fit-out industry.
- A full UK Driver's License.
- Ability to travel occasionally from the office to client sites for meetings and site visits.
