Financial Crime Specialist - Senior Associate

Coopman Search and Selection | B Corp® is excited to partner with a leading Financial Services consultancy firm to find a talented Senior Associate to join their Financial Crime practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients across various areas of Financial Services in meeting their Financial Crime regulatory requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Financial Crime regulation, sharing insights with the firm and its clients
  • Conduct on-site audits and provide face-to-face advice to clients, initially under the guidance of senior team members, progressing to independent work as experience grows
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects for clients, including report writing and support with FCA applications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in consultancy and a client-facing role would be highly beneficial
  • Professional qualifications in Financial Crime, such as the ICA Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention, are a distinct advantage
  • Strong understanding of the current Financial Crime regulatory landscape
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and manage multiple workflows and projects simultaneously
  • Commercial acumen to identify opportunities for revenue growth and support for the wider business
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
