About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ABA Tutor to join our team in Havering. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with learners with SEND needs and a strong understanding of child development and learning theories.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide educational support to learners with SEND needs.
  • To develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of each learner.
  • To maintain accurate records of progress and attendance.
  • To collaborate with other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting learners.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • QTS or equivalent.
  • Experience working with learners with SEND needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our team.
